Emergency call outs

  • We know that your coffee equipment is your livelihood and how important this is to have as little downtime as possible.

  • We know life happens, and when it does we are there to help.

  • We aim to be on site within 24 Hours of a call and we pride ourselves in having 96% of all machines operational within the first call out.

Boiler Inspections

Did you know that the law requires you to have your Espresso machine inspected on an annual basis within 14 months of purchase?

We can help. We are happy to provide boiler inspection services.
 Our Engineers will;

  • Strip down coffee machine by our engineer. 

  • Drain out the boiler and remove heating element. 

  • Then the certified independent inspector will proceed to inspect the boiler inside out and the safety valve. 

  • Once the inspector has finished his inspection, engineer will reassemble the coffee machine and change the heating element gasket. 

  • The Machine will then be tested to full pressure.

  • Upon successful completion a certificate will be issued.
