ORIGINS

Over the years we have sourced our beans from many different countries across the globe.

A coffee bean’s flavour can vary so much just from the location of the farm alone, so just think of the range of flavours we have to offer!

EQUIPMENT

Our “Ol’ Reliable” Probat Roaster has been roasting our coffee for more than 30 years! The drum roasting process is the best way to evenly roast the coffee beans to the perfect height for each blend.

METHOD

Coffee roasting is all about the senses, a small change during the roasting process can change the smell and taste of the final blend.

That’s why our master roaster oversees every batch of coffee that’s roasted in-house, they can see exactly when a roast is finished based on the colour of the bean alone!

We ensure that we follow Fairtrade, Organic Food Federation, and SALSA procedures everyday in order to proudly show off our certifications and receive regular audits to maintain these certifications.

We want our customers to know that we do what we can for the environment and the farmers of our tea and coffee, as well as show that we have everyday working procedures that meet the high standards of a SALSA audit.
